Withdraw to VISA™ Debit or Credit Card
Withdraw your winnings by having funds credited back to your VISA™ debit or credit card.
We can only refund to cards previously used for purchases (deposits).
We can make payments to most VISA™ debit and credit card(s), including VISA™ Delta and Electron cards.
Cards issued in some locations (such as the United States and Canada) may not yet support this functionality.
Most card issuers outside North America support this service.
Unfortunately we cannot identify in advance which cards are likely to succeed. Any request which cannot be processed will be returned, and you may need to select another withdrawal method.
Funds can only be paid to a VISA™ card from which an original deposit was made.
If you have used multiple VISA™ debit or credit cards to deposit money, you can select which card is to be credited when you use the VISA™ card withdrawal method.

Fees
We do not charge any fee for payments made to your VISA™ card.
Steps to withdraw money back to your VISA™ card:

Go to the "Withdraw to VISA™" page via the menu on your MY ACCOUNT page

From the list of previously used VISA™ cards, you can select the card, and then the amount you wish to be paid back to your card.

VISA™ payment transactions will be performed by our cashiers, after your request has been verified.
This normally take only a few hours on regular business days.

The actual availability funds on your card account may take a number of days, depending on your bank, and the transfer via the VISA™ network.
