Irregularities
In Live Games, a result is only valid if an outcome has been detected by the electronic sensors.
If for any reason a result is not detected and recorded, even if it is visible in the video window, then that result will be deemed to have not occurred. This may happen if the dealer inadvertently removes the ball too soon, before the sensors have detected a result, or if the ball is accidentally ejected from the wheel. In card games, it may occur due to a misdeal or scan error on cards.
“Scratched” games. A Game may be scratch due to technical or dealer fault. If a game is scratched all bets will ride to the next game; more about game scratching can be found HERE
If your PC becomes disconnected before “NO MORE BETS” is indicated by the game, then bets will be returned as if you have never bet on the game.
If a Player’s PC becomes disconnected after NO MORE BETS is indicated by the game, then bets will remain locked, and will be processed by the server.
The results and game-state information are delivered by separate connection from the Live Video, to the Game window.
It is possible for the video connection to be lost or be interrupted due to internet bandwidth limitations or problems, and the game will continue playing. In such cases the result and game-state are still received from the live game. Likewise it is also possible that the connection to the Game Server might be lost, but the Live Video connection remains.
On occasion if a connection to the live table in the casino is lost by the Game Server, then live results and game-state may not be available. In such cases the live game will close. The game will continue to be playable and the server will provide results from our sophisticated Random Number Generator. When this occurs, the video is closed, and a message will be displayed in the video panel that the table is closed, and results are provided by a Random Number Generator. This allows you to continue to remain on a game until live services are returned.
If the game should be subject to controlled shutdown for scheduled maintenance, or other reasons, then all currently active games will be allowed to complete, and players will be automatically logged off at the end of their current game. For non-live games; (aka "Auto" games ie. Auto Roulette) if a player has abandoned a game, and does not complete a game within 60 seconds of a shutdown event being initiated, then all bets will be returned.
In the unlikely event that the game should suffer total failure, then all current incomplete games will be deemed to have not played, regardless of the state of the game at the time of the failure. All customer balances will remain undisturbed by the activity of the aborted games.
Unexpected disconnections between game Client and Game Server
Live Casino Games
If you become disconnected while playing a "Live Casino Game" your bet will be cancelled if the game has not yet reached the "NO MORE BETS" stage. If the game has passed "NO MORE BETS" when disconnection is detected, your bets will remain in play but you will be unable to make further decisions on the hand. The game will proceed and will take the default action as if you had played but had taken no action at any game stages allowing customer decisions.
After reconnecting, you should review your Games History Report, to determine the outcome of the game.
Auto and Live BSBJEP (Basic Strategy Black Jack with Early Payout)
When disconnected from the Game Client after the "NO MORE BETS" sign has been displayed the game will continue to play Basic Strategy and pay all winnings into your account.
Blackjack and Multi-Hand Blackjack
When playing BlackJack or Multi-Hand BlackJack all the hands will be dealt according to the same rules as the dealer's hand. i.e. cards will be drawn to the hand until the score is at least 17.
Casino War
In Casino War, then a choice of 'Go to War' or 'Surrender' will be auomatically surrendered and the bet processed as normal.
Texas Hold'em Bonus
If the game loses connection before you have placed a Flop bet, then the Ante will be taken and the hand is folded. If the Game loses connection after you have placed a Flop bet, you will be unable to place bets on the Turn and River, so the game will automatically "Check" on those optional bets.
Slot Machines
Slot Machines that include the Double-Up feature: If the connection is lost while waiting for you to make a decision on the Double-Up game, then the stake on the Double-Up game is refunded, as if you had chosen to not play the Double-Up.
